Cupping

 

The use of an ancient Chinese therapy where a suction cup is placed on the skin to create a negative pressure. Cupping can loosen adhesions in the connective tissue, increases circulation, stimulate lymphatic drainage and moves stagnation. Learn More

 

Often when affecting a condition in a deeper structure a discoloration may appear on the skin, this is due to a stagnation of fluids (toxins, blood, lymph) that are dredged up. The discoloration will a fade in a few days. Over time no discoloration is likely to appear at all.

 

If there is any concern about the discoloration that could be left on the skin, then Cupping Therapy is not for you!
