About Annette

Annette Hale is originally from the Kansas City area and has returned after working as a Massage Therapist in Hawaii, Los Angeles & Oregon.

 

From a young age she has had an interest in metaphysical healing which started with a deep curiosity in Crystal Energies, Reiki and Meditation.  In 1997 she earned her Massage Therapy License from Seattle Massage School.  It was during this time that she began integrating energy healing with the science of massage therapy.

 

Annette has also earned certifications in Myofascial Release (soft tissue therapy for the treatment of skeletal muscle immobility and pain), Reflexology (application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet or hands), Trigger Point (designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release) and Certified Pregnancy Massage.

 

Annette’s nurturing, disciplined and intuitive touch along with her deep belief that “it is all connected” (the emotional, physical and spiritual) supports her clients to have a sense of deep relaxation and restorative therapeutic connection.
